Session Guides
Owning the equipment is step one. Building a routine you'll actually keep is what makes it worthwhile. These are practical, comfort-first starting points — every specialist consultation includes personalized guidance for your setup.
Sauna sessions
Many owners settle into 15–30 minute sessions a few times per week, adjusting temperature to personal comfort. Hydrate before and after, and build duration gradually.
Cold immersion
Common practice is brief exposures — often 2–5 minutes — at a temperature that challenges but never overwhelms. Start warmer and shorter than you think; consistency matters more than intensity.
Contrast sessions
Alternating warm and cold — for example, sauna followed by a brief plunge, repeated for two or three rounds — is a widely used training-room routine. End on whichever temperature leaves you most comfortable.
Float sessions
Most floats run 60–90 minutes. The first session is about acclimating; many owners find sessions become more comfortable after the first few.
Hyperbaric sessions
Follow the manufacturer's session guidance for duration and frequency, and complete the orientation walkthrough included with installation before first use.
General guidance only — not medical advice. If you are pregnant or have a health condition, consult a qualified professional before beginning any new wellness routine. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific equipment.
